We were awarded Salesforce Partner of the Year from Salesforce Japan for our successful 2022 fiscal year and commerce successes. On top of this recognition, we have signed an agreement with Salesforce and TSI Holdings for a custom-built solution, CCIP, to open doors to businesses in Japan and expand Salesforce both regionally and beyond.

OSF delivered the winning project for the Philippine Long Distance Telephone Company (PLDT), helping the telco transform its entire commerce ecosystem for DTC interactions.

We earned the 2021 Salesforce Partner Innovation Award for B2B Commerce in the Cloud Solutions category. The achievement recognizes the project we delivered for our client AES Brazil, where we built a fully automated self-service portal for their B2B buyers, leading to a 7x increase in lead generation for the energy company.

We received the 2021 Salesforce Sales Excellence Partner Award during Salesforce’s annual Partner Kick-Off event on June 28. The award recognizes partners dedicated to increasing Salesforce’s footprint in the French market and whose streamlined sales and marketing efforts are reflected in their contribution to Salesforce’s generated income and annual contract value (ACV).
The Sales Excellence Partner award is a great testament to OSF’s dedication to advancing the commerce industry with Salesforce technology. It distinguishes OSF Digital as one of the few Salesforce partners in France whose expertise and commitment to helping brands transform their commerce ecosystem with Salesforce’s cutting-edge technology is recognized and reflected in Salesforce’s bottom line.

We received the 2020 Salesforce Partner Award for the "Most relevant Commerce Cloud project" in Iberia. Awarded during a virtual event organized by Salesforce for Spanish partners, the award acknowledges the excellent work our team performed on an innovative connected commerce project for one of the largest hypermarket chains in Portugal.
The award comes as a great recognition of the company’s grocery expertise and its contribution to accelerating the digital transformation in the grocery industry through tailor-made technology.

We won a Bolty Award for Best Digital Experience in the Retail and Consumer Goods category during Salesforce’s 2019 Dreamforce event in San Francisco. The Bolty Awards celebrate partners across Community and Commerce who have designed, developed, and delivered amazing digital experiences that drive conversion and ROI.
Winning this award demonstrates our expertise in helping brands to become more customer-centric and achieve personalized and meaningful customer experiences across all channels through the implementation of Salesforce Clouds. We were awarded a Salesforce Partner Innovation Award in the category of Customer 360 at Salesforce Connections 2019. Salesforce gives the annual awards to recognize the outstanding work performed by Salesforce Consulting Partners and their contributions to assisting their clients in innovating and engaging with customers using cloud, mobile, and social media technologies.

We earned a Salesforce Partner Innovation Award for Einstein Analytics during Salesforce’s 2019 Dreamforce event. The award recognized our work with Fox Broadcasting for delivering a valuable subscriber relationship solution that changes the way Fox interacts with customers.
During the annual Dreamforce event, Salesforce honored a select group of partners that present the best examples of partners helping customers. The award winners have made delivered world-class innovative solutions based on Salesforce’s platform to customers worldwide.

We won the 2018 Partner Innovation Award with Renault Brazil’s Fleet+Online project in the Automotive category. This project transformed the way Renault directs the sale of fleets at its dealerships, implementing a 100% digital process that sped up its sales cycle by 60%. With this innovation, the Renault dealer network was able to meet fleet customers via mobile with more agility and speed.

During Dreamforce 2018, we won the Salesforce Lightning Bolt Trailblazer Award for Retail, an accomplishment that rewards our efforts as a certified Salesforce partner that worked hard to enhance and evolve our leading-edge OSF UnifyCOMMERCE product to fully leverage the latest Salesforce technology offerings now on the market.

At Dreamforce 2016, OSF Digital won the Salesforce Partner Innovation Award in the Retail category for implementing our OSF UnifyCOMMERCE product, a unique integration of Salesforce Service and Sales Clouds with Commerce Cloud, previously known as Demandware.
